Okay, My vision on PageRank

It starts with :
Dear Mr. Larry, first of all; Thanks & Congratulation for developing the awesome PageRank(tm) Algorithm. When I see good results at top of the SERP, I love you. But when I see some .edu sites ranking for "Buy Viagra", I don't love you.

Okay, One question to Mr. Larry : Just tell me the name of that "Extra-Terrestrial Visionary" who gave you an idea to show the PageRank on GoogleToolbar.
